We stand behind the every “Sync” print put into our gear. We only offer exchanges or store credit if an item is:
• Damaged upon arrival (e.g., fabric tears or zipper malfunctions).
• Misprinted (e.g., significant errors in the gold MBS embroidery).
How to start an exchange:
1. Contact sync@mexibiosounds.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
